This PR contains the functionality in #13 and #11, rebased onto master and updated to use the Mange().run functions.

I am using this functionality successfully with a patched version of the terraform provider, and a couple of other minor patches to this library (to be introduced in different PRs).

Hi @jpts, Since isage no longer works on #11 I have closed the PR. I have also asked patsevanton on #13 is this PR a more complete version. Lets just wait on their response, and if there is none, I will close #13 and merge this change.
