Inconsistent tooltip sizes

I am getting inconsistent tooltip sizes, for example the following is for console.log( ... )

(The description is actually incorrect, but that's a different issue).

That tooltip appears when I place my cursor inside a function argument list. The tooltip that appears when pressing alt+o is much more reasonable.

Is there any setting I can change to alter this?

MacOS: 10.12.6 | 10.12.5 Sublime: Build 3126
