[request] Add ability to start script in floating mode

It would be very handy to be able to launch a script directly in a floating termux window, instead of manually having to resort to selecting the scipt after the start of the terminal

+1. It would be really nice to click a shortcut and have "sudo htop" open in Termux:Float. No point installing Termux:Widget without the Float functionality.
