[Package]: rust nightly
Why is it worth to add this package?
Developers loves night, so .... Jokes aside, rust nightly is needed by a lot of developers. And while I do know that it's available on the tur repo. But i do really think it should be merged with the stable rust (As a subpackage maybe) That's in order to keep the patches and build scripts in sync for the stable, and the nightly versions.

Additional information
I know that this can simply be solved by updating the rustc-nightly on the tur repo. But it's just that merging the two will be better as it will make updating rust patches/ buildscripts easier. And i may be wrong, so do what you find the most appropriate!
