[Bug]: fix pip install argostranslate
Problem description
Please fix errors of this package cuz qmake or qt5
pip install argostranslate
Steps to reproduce the behavior.
pip install argostranslate
What is the expected behavior?

System information
- Termux application version:118
- Android OS version: 13
- Device model: mi9tpro
This is not a problem with Termux.
As stated by the creator of CTranslate2:
Currently, there is no prebuilt binaries for AArch64 and users should compile from the sources.
Even if you decide to compile argos-translate from source, you'll have to compile CTranslate2 from source first, or the compilation will fail:
Installing build dependencies ... done
Checking if build backend supports build_editable ... done
Getting requirements to build editable ... done
Preparing editable metadata (pyproject.toml) ... done
INFO: pip is looking at multiple versions of argostranslate to determine which version is compatible with other requirements. This could take a while.
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement ctranslate2==2.24.0 (from argostranslate) (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for ctranslate2==2.24.0
Conversely, you can try proot-distro, but this will surely be slower when compared to Termux' terminal.
Thanks. No I just want to pip install argostranslate ...anyway I don't use argos now I use google translate ... But its not offline...
