Adds French dictionnary for hunspell.

Maybe you should use git to download the file, it is more easy.

Maybe you should use git to download the file, it is more easy.

All the other dictionary packages uses termux_download, since we only need two files from the repo we also save time and disk space in this way

Sorry for the sloppy commit and pull request. Let's say I wasn't really awake... What do you suggest ? Should I abort this pull request and submit a proper new one ?
