Why do you want to add this package to Termux?

I would like to use this language server in my text editor (Neovim).

Packaging Policy:

The size of resulting package should be less than 100 MiB.

The bundle is over 250 MiB (70 MiB taken by JRE), which is quite a lot. I'm leaving this open however this isn't going to be in priority of packaging.
