I hope they can add the neovim-nightly package to termux-package, so that people can use it right away even though it's not stable yet.

I just found out that I can install it from there

I guess this issue should be closed, Neovim 0.8 isn't stable, and also is currently available as neovim-nightly. Maybe can be reopened once 0.8 is pushed out as stable and we're lacking behind the version :)
