keyboard overlapping cli input

Hello,

if i'm not wrong, cli input should be right above the keyboard, right? If i'm not, then for some reason it's not working for me. If i'm, then it would be great to add that feature.

What keyboard app are you using?

On the screenshoot: codeboard, but i also have used switfkey (my main keyboard) with no luck

Hmm, can you scroll it to the proper position? Does changing orientation to landscape and back help any? Does restarting the device help any? What does uname -a output?

I can't scroll to it, changing orientation doesn't help nor restarting the device. The output of the command is:
