[Feature]: mouse supporting in shell readline

Feature description

the major feature i request to be added into termux, is just allowing to move cursor using mouse.

this behavior is allowed inside the vim tui, but not allowed in shell readline. it's make moving in long line using touch screen so easy 1000x time faster.
