Simple solution to handle ImageIndex

It seems current registry (docker.io/quay.io) can depends on platform request to provide platform ImageManifest. However, some private registries still provide ImageIndex.

This PR includes:

  1. simple handle of ImageIndex
  2. handle of Docker V2S2 ImageLayerGzip
