Add separate builds for Travis

Having a build matrix on Travis can make things simpler. with the addition of cgrep, i think i will be adding the new executables the same way as cgrep, i.e. in their own standalone repo. the stand-alone repos will have their own Travis. the mutator settings might not be the same for every project, which will make mutator's Travis builds harder to maintain.
