Links in READMEs aren't displayed correctly in iTerm

It might only be for me, but the links in the README's seem not to be displayed correctly in iTerm, a commonly used terminal for Mac With Terminal (how it should be) With iTerm (where the bug is)

If this doesn't seem fixable, maybe we could put a warning in the README?
