Maybe it's already possible, but I wasn't able to get it to work. The closest I was able to get is to set the default Dots.style to 0 and case through the time values and set the style on a specific point to be different.

Once https://github.com/terezka/line-charts/pull/58 & https://github.com/terezka/line-charts/pull/55 are fixed, you should be able to do what you describe.
