Jubler in Windows 11

Hi, I have doloaded this to try. I am on windows 11. When I open it, the GUI looks normal, however, when I put my mouse over the window to select an option, it goes a horrid bright yellow!? Then, when I click on open file and select an mp4, it just stalls. What could be causing this? thank you

About the cursor I have no idea! Jubler doesn't deal with cursors at all. Maybe it's a driver thing? I don't know.

About the MP4 file, how did you open it? You are not supposed to open the MP43 directly but the subtitle file instead.
