Parent tasks should depend on completion of the subtasks

Currently, vimwiki-tasks does not reflect the task-subtask relationship via the dependency paramter.

* [ ] Task
  * [ ] Subtask 1
  * [ ] Subtask 2

the created Task should depend both on the Subtask 1 and Subtask 2.
