Add methods to adjust the Input and Outputs of tracks

Would require a method to list the available in-/outputs as well.

There is already the SourceSelector class which does not much currently: Track.sourceSelector ()

Would also be nice to monitor on-going input activity (VU) like in the Bitwig UI.
