I'm also facing crashes of Play Store once it is updated and after a reboot. To reproduce, update playstore (eg from 28.7 to 28.8), then reboot. Now it will crash....

The keystore was last changed 4 years ago. How can this have been fixed? Isn't this the place where they should be?
