Serious checkerboard effect and loss of colour.

Hi Thanks for a good code, I trained on the DIV2K dataset, the training runs fine, with very low values of errors, But the test image has serious checker board effect and also a major colour loss. Any idea, what is causing this effect, i can remove some layers or add if indicated. the image is attached hereby
