Can't download CSV from Tensorboard GUI

Issue description

When I click the Export as csv button in the GUI (See screenshot above), nothing happens. It does not download the file. I have tried Firefox as well.

This looks like an issue with the TensorFlow profiler plugin which is part of a different repo and maintained by different people https://github.com/tensorflow/profiler

Is it possible to get the csv directly without the GUI? I have not got a reply from the tensorflow profiler plugin developers hence the question.
