Error: AttributeError: module 'tensorflow.compat.v2.__internal__' has no attribute 'monitoring'

How to resolve this error?

I am running this code on Jupyter notebook. I have imported tensor2tensor and tensorflow packages, however, this error arises. Can anyone assist what is the reason?
