It'd be great to have object detection models (e.g. RetinaNet and MaskRCNN) incorporated as part of our models repository.

Just adding here what @BradLarson said in the Swift4TF Google Group: MobileNet v1 has just been added (by @texasmichelle 🙌 with @BradLarson) "so that could be the basis for a MobileNet-SSD implementation if someone wanted to take that on."
