Custom Log Format

Based on your documentation, the logging can be configured for the server:

Model Server Configuration: Specify model names, paths, version policy & labels, logging configuration and more

However, the documentation does not provide details on the available options for logging configuration, other than noting that it can be done through a models.config file.

Therefore, my question is: Is there a way to set a custom log format? If not, do you have any plans to introduce this feature in the foreseeable future?
