resnet50 btf file drive link - unavailable for download

Per the instructions here: https://github.com/tensorflow/runtime/blob/master/documents/resnet.md the resnet50_graph_inference_tensors.btf is to be downloaded via the Google drive link. However, the file at the link isn't available for download. Info on the file shows:

Download permission
Viewers cannot download
