Keras 3 compatibility

I was wondering if there are plans to support Keras 3 in a future release. Currently, only Keras 2 is supported, which causes compatibility issues in our projects.

+1 Keras 3 has become necessary in several projects for security-related reasons. Many cloud-based applications have moved away from using TensorFlow Probability (TFP) to train probabilistic neural networks, as security platforms like Sysdig within their organizations have restricted its deployment.
