What happened?

Integrate HuggingFace Hub and TensorFlow Hub for out-of-the-box usage with models and datasets.

Support for TensorFlow version of HuggingFace offerings (Transformers, Diffusers, etc.)

tfhub.dev has been converged with Kaggle Model hub. You can refer this for update. For TensorFlow version of HuggingFace offerings, please open a new issue in HuggingFace/Transformers. Thank you!
