Building GPU on windows

The guide says to use nvidia-docker but this isn't possible for windows distributions. Is there an alternative?

I would also very much appreciate a more thorough guide for windows installation. The current setup-guide just briefly mentions, that it should work on windows, if the build system is set up similar to tf and that docker parts can be ignored. Then it mentiones docker ALL the time....
