Dependency issues with TF-Agents Install

How reliable TF-Agents are when it comes to code dependencies? I had issues installing with SDL libraries complaining, and then I installed unstable nightly build that complained about typing-extensions compatibility issues.

I am trying to move from pytorch because of bugs in that framework, Now I am loosing confidence in TF-Agents, lol.

I'm having similar issues with a typing-extensions incompatibility running tf-agents in the official Tensorflow Docker containers, using Tensorflow 2.19.0.

There doesn't seem to have been much activity on this project for 2 years, so I'm concerned that it may be a bad choice for a new production system.
