feat: pgvecto.rs in AWS marketplace

We will investigate how to support pgvecto.rs in AWS marketplace.

AWS RDS for PostgreSQL and AWS Aurora PostgreSQL offer two methods to add extensions:

• pg_tle (Trusted Language Extensions for PostgreSQL)
• Trusted extensions.

To support pgvecto.rs in the marketplace effectively, we might need to offer a fully managed service similar to Pinecone or Zilliz Cloud.
