Add AI compiler and develop framework

I think these development frameworks are too famous, thus there is no need to show them in the landscape. WDYT

I don't agree that too famous is a good reason not to place them in .... As long as they are ai infra and actively maintained, we should know their role in the whole ai ecosystem.
