I would like to report that it's not available any more or it's problem on my side.

Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/tensei - Not found when I try npx tensei serve --watch

• 'tensei@latest' is not in the npm registry

I have tried cloning this repo and running from there but I am getting:

npm ERR! Could not resolve dependency: npm ERR! peer @types/react@"^16.9.34" from @tensei/[email protected]

My versions: npm: 7.7.6 node: v16.4.0
