I have tested onnxruntime version 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.2.0, the error remains， it may resulted from different onnxruntime version compared to yours.

当时我使用的是1.2.0版本的，你可以对照下你的系统、cuda和tensorrt版本来装对应版本的onnxruntime。这个问题我也不太确定，感觉是windows平台的配置问题，不过你可以装配置比较新的onnxruntime

多谢啊！ 我CUDA 10.0, tensorrt 5和7, win 10.那我再试试onnxruntime 1.2.0. 如果不行，是不是最好自己编译onnxruntime源码？我在win 10上编译onnxruntime源码不顺利，有较详细的教程吗？

似乎onnxruntime1.2.0版本是可以编译的，自己编译教程在https://www.onnxruntime.ai/docs/how-to/build.html ，不过你要进去对应的版本，如果你要编译1.2.0版本，在https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/blob/v1.2.0/BUILD.md 有教程
