Coordination with s3fs

This project appears to have forked from s3fs 2016, as allowed by the license. s3fs has made significant performance and correctness improvements in recent years which this fork does not benefit from. Is there some way we could cooperate together? Since Tencent COS is S3-compatible what does this do other than override the endpoints?
