add secrect verify cmd and stop upload retry when access key or signature invalid

1. I want to check SecretID and SecretKey valid before upload.
2. when receive msg "[code 403] The access key Id format you provided is invalid." or "[code 403] The Signature you specified is invalid.", it should stop retry.
3. format message output when success or fail.
