I don't see an error message (possibly not looking in the right place) but I also don't get any filter matches for sdui or stm8 after adding the URL.

If only open that link in chrom with VPN then and only then the link works otherwise it shows "This site can’t be reached" so when i past the url in arduino IDE prefrence . arduino ide unable to load the package image
