Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently project files have the same icon as the application itself. This can cause confusion if for example you have a shortcut to Tenacity and a few project files on your desktop.

Here's a mockup how a very basic icon could look like:

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, a custom icon (like mpv or Photoshop) could also look nice, but is not at all necessary.

That looks pretty nice. Is there a reason why it isn't being used currently or is that a bug? On Win10 it looks like this:

My change seems to only concern GNOME, but I guess we've definitely got ourselves a point of reference to start from.

This was also changed for macOS in #556, seems like we only need to update the Windows icons.
