Support inbound TLS connections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The ui-server currently does not support inbound TLS communication. Even if installing a load balancver in front of the ui-server, I must anyhow encrypt the communication between the LB and the ui-server.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow configuring the UI server for allowing connections using the https protocol.
