[Feature Request] Allow `RawValue` to be used for Search Attibute Upsert

All in the title. There's no way at the moment to pass RawValues as a search attribute value. This is useful for ourselves for certain testing purposes, but could also be desirable for users shuttling SAs from one workflow to another, etc.
