[Feature Request] Namespace Override

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like to have the temporal helm chart as a dependency of mine but release it in its own namespace.

Describe the solution you'd like

There is a precedence to add a namespaceOverride variable in values.yaml. It's available in Redis and Nats helm charts for example.
