[Feature Request] Move cassandra from Deprecate version to version cassandra from bitnami

The current Cassandra Helm chart repository is not supported.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest switching to bitnami's version of the chart, this will solve a lot of problems in support of working with Cassandra

Definitely need to move to a maintained chart. I'm concerned about the impact this will have on existing users though...

I'm trying to specify a podDisruptionBudget so that my cassandra cluster does not go down across node restarts. The deprecated chart's pdb no longer works with the error: no matches for kind "PodDisruptionBudget" in version "policy/v1beta1"
