[Feature Request] Support for WinGet Installation

Currently, Temporal does not support installation via WinGet, which is a widely used package manager for Windows. This limits the ease and efficiency of installing Temporal on Windows environments.

I propose adding support for WinGet as an installation option for Temporal. This would make the installation process more streamlined for Windows users and align with the modern development ecosystem that increasingly relies on package managers for software management and deployment.
