Some front page items leaks into component section

Front page works well (for a very long time ) Upon using the mega menu to open a article some front page items now spill into the article page This is new on mu website Refer www.dragonflies.co.za (front page) Go to Menu-Damselflies-dropdown to citrils and open page Note the 4 front page items now at the top This is strange I have not worked on the template for a very long time Joomla 5.1.1 JCE editor Pro Regards Lappies
