Install StoryBook

Trying to install StoryBook.

Currently, starting StoryBook with yarn storybook fails with this message:

Failed to resolve import "@storybook/vue3/dist/esm/client/docs/config" from "../../../../virtual:/@storybook/builder-vite/vite-app.js". Does the file exist?

To reproduce, checkout this branch and run these commands:

yarn install
yarn storybook
