Tests fail with Mojolicious 8

Since Mojolicious 8 this module doesn't work anymore and tests on CPAN fail. The reason is the rename of Mojolicious::Command::generate::makefile to Mojolicious::Command::Author::generate::makefile.

I'm providing a patch and pull request...
