Ellison Demo Throws

The Ellison demo linked from the docs is currently broken.

Any content which is submitted returns a 500 response.

@brendt This still seems to be broken, submitting the form now gives a 422

Huh, I tested it and it worked yesterday 🤔 now it's broken again. Weird
