Yes, 115103d5608cbe8f15df10e27eba1644f5364e95 made eventlet incompatible with Windows. Sorry, it's my fault, @tipabu questioned checking availability of `register_at_fork` and I've merged it too quick before addressing this point. https://github.com/eventlet/eventlet/pull/611/files#r422323634
