Compatibility with Fusion 11.5.5

I'm running vmware fusion 11.5.5 on Catalina and the host is XP SP3. Trying to fire up some old audio production projects that were made with some older software (Cubase 4) 15 years ago. I stumbled on this repo. Not sure if this is working with Fusion 11.5.5 though. I downloaded, went to the Release folder and typed SetTimerService /install. No luck. Still have the stutter audio problem. Am I doing something wrong, or do you know if this works with Fusion 11.5.5?

I have never tried it on MacOS/Fusion. Does the service start correctly after installation in your XP system?

I'm not sure how to tell that exactly in XP. It's been quite a long time since I worked with Windows. I don't see it in the task manager...

Looks like it's not there. I'd suggest putting the executable into c:\Windows\System32 and running the installation again
