Add axis for Note Index (aka "N combo")

Easier reading for many folks who can FC charts and think of timestamps in terms of current combo. I'm thinking beat index and note index can be simultaneously present with use of both left/right Y axes. Gonna need some semi-internal toggle to decide whether jumps are 1 or 2 though...
