#858 | The address page now shows feedback immediately

Description

The address page was modified to show the basic structure although it still does not have the data to show. It shows spinners and loading skeletons instead. Also, the "more-info" cards were adapted to occupy all the available space while they don't have all the data to be filled.

Test scenarios

• go to any address page
• notice the loading spinner next to the address before knowing it is a token, contract of simple address
• notice all the structure is shown before having some data to show, filled with loading skeletons
