Address page takes to long before showing some feedback

Overview

Currently, the address page takes some time to load and does not provide any feedback until it has completely loaded, which in cases of congestion could take too many seconds, which is unacceptable. We need to show the page is loading although it could take some time but at least give the user the impression the page is not broken.

Acceptance Criteria

Present the basic page structure although there's no data to show yet. Complete spaces with spinners and loadings skeleton.
